CAN I PAY FOR MY REPAIR WHEN I PICK IT UP?

All repairs are to be fully pre-paid at time off drop off. This ensures the completed work is picked up & on time. Also saving us storage space. 

CAN YOU REPAIR MY SHOES?

 To give you a correct assessment of your footwear repair needs and an accurate time and cost quote we will need to see your footwear in store.   

CAN MY REPAIRS BE DONE "WHILE I WAIT"?

The turn around time will vary due to volume of work and type of repair. Turn around time can be anywhere from 7-15 days.  However some repair jobs can be done while you wait. 

HOW LONG WILL MY REPAIR LAST?

Most of the repairs we do are for things that are worn out. There is no way to predict the conditions and treatment a particular item is going to be exposed to. We use the highest quality materials we can for all of our repairs, and we have found that in many cases our repairs outlast the original materials. 

WHAT IS THE WARRANTY FOR REPAIRED WORK?

We guarantee that our work is performed correctly, and we will be happy to correct any situation where a  repair was done incorrectly or incompletely.  


We try to be very upfront about the chances of a repair or alteration not coming out well, and we ask that you take these disclaimers into consideration. Our goal is to create repeat customers, not unhappy ones.

7 days from time of purchase. No refunds. Instore credit or exchange only. Must not be used. Must have original box and packaging. Must have receipt.
